Bill of Materials
A first-set estimate you can actually buy
Prices move. These are workshop numbers for a Test A terrain set plus a wand breadboard, not a manufacturing quote. Board printing at ~$57 and a legacy 180-card order at ~$108 are history, not this list.
| Line | Qty | Role |
|---|---|---|
| XPS ½ in project board | 1 | Floors, rubble, stairs. |
| XPS 1 in project board | 1 | Walls, sites. |
| Foamcore 20 × 30 | 2 | Mats, 18 × 18 Test A collar. |
| Cardboard, heavy | a stack | Saturday tiles. |
| PVA / Mod Podge | 1 qt | Seal and glue. |
| Acrylic: black, umber, 2 gray, ivory | 5 bottles | The triad plus primer. |
| Knives, blades, metal ruler, mat | 1 kit | Do not cheap the ruler. |
| Washers / pennies | 20 | Wall weight and relic tokens. |
| 5 mm LEDs + coin cells | 6 | Lanterns. |
| ESP32-C3 ×2, SG90, haptic, buzzer, LiPo, TP4056 | 1 set | Wand V0.1 breadboard. |
| UV marker + 365 nm torch | 1 | Veil marks and fallback Reveal. |
| Sand timers 1 min / 2 min | 2 | Turn and council. |
The planner converts a painted map into foam square-inches, sheet count, cardboard packs, paint bottles, and LED count. Trust the count more than a vibe. Cut ten extra 1×1 floors. You will lose them under the table.
