The Arcane Wand
AW-V0.1, as a thing you can hold

Mission: point or touch → trigger → wand light → haptic → sound → one repeatable board reaction. That is the whole show. Do not add a second mechanism because the first one delighted you.
Reveal discipline
The wand’s UV Reveal light may be used only when a rule grants Reveal. A Reveal opens one 30-second window and pauses the normal turn timer. Hidden mechanical information becomes usable only during that window and must have a non-UV fallback: a token, a whispered card, a folded slip.
A legal target may contain a Door Mark, Cipher Mark, Resonance Mark, Omen Mark, or a two-sigil Veiled Choice such as Take / Leave, Open / Seal, or Expose / Conceal. Write those marks in UV ink on ordinary stone tiles. In daylight the tile is a floor. Under the wand it is a decision.
Quest cap
A normal physical quest chain is capped at three linked discoveries: card → UV → coordinate → board → wand/manual activation → result. If you design a five-step ARG, you have left Micro Reign.
Lanterns without a wand
A 5 mm LED in a wall niche, coin cell behind a paper diffuser, switch under the tile. This is scenery. It does not grant Reveal. The Aegis Beacon’s Chaos reduction is a card effect occupied by a character, not a Bluetooth event.
