Combat

Declare, roll to hit, roll damage, mark wounds

Combat is the one place the table is not allowed to get clever about collapsing steps. You declare. You roll to hit. On a hit, you roll damage. Armor speaks. Wounds are marked. After-hit effects resolve last.

Rescue

Three-turn Med Flag; a Healer Command stabilizes. Stabilize a Downed character belonging to another House that your House did not Down, and you have the Rescue achievement if you are on Protect—once per game, and only if you actually did the work.

Structures in a fight

Breach Charge attacks a structure at −2 Armor for that resolution. Destroying an opposing structure is Demolition. Destroying a production site adds +1 Chaos whether you meant to or not. Ordinary combat does not create Chaos unless a rule says so.

Open War

If a Conflict Breaking Point is not contained, Open War is placed through the next complete cycle. The first successful attack during each House Turn gains +1 weapon damage before Armor. Characters Downed during Open War begin with Med Flag 2. Open War never forces attacks.
